Jun Lee is an associate lawyer at Vaturi & Cho LLP, having joined the firm in 2022. His practice encompasses personal injury, civil litigation, family law, wills and estates, real estate, and corporate-commercial matters. He provides practical, strategic advice tailored to each client's circumstances and objectives.

Jun regularly represents clients before the Licence Appeal Tribunal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as in mediations and settlement negotiations.

In his personal injury practice, Jun acts for individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents and occupiers' liability incidents, including slip-and-fall accidents. He handles both tort claims and accident benefits disputes, including claims for income replacement, medical and rehabilitation, and attendant care benefits. His work involves assessing complex medical evidence, addressing coverage and entitlement issues, and advancing claims through negotiation, mediation, and contested proceedings.

Jun's civil litigation practice includes contractual and property disputes, debt recovery, fraud and misrepresentation claims, and estate litigation. He assists clients through all stages of litigation, including pleadings, documentary disclosure, examinations for discovery, motions, mediation, and settlement negotiations.

In family law, Jun advises and represents clients in divorce proceedings and disputes involving parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and property division, including equalization of net family property. He represents clients at case conferences and on contested motions, and assists with the negotiation and preparation of separation agreements.

His wills and estates practice includes preparing wills and powers of attorney, advising on estate planning, and representing clients in estate disputes.

Jun also acts on residential and commercial real estate transactions and advises clients on related disputes. In corporate-commercial matters, he assists with contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.

Before entering legal practice, Jun worked at Samsung in corporate strategy and contract management, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions and large-scale international projects. He brings this commercial perspective to his legal work, helping clients assess risk and pursue practical solutions.

Jun obtained his law degree from Queen's University in 2022. He also holds an International Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He is fluent in English and Korean.
